WINHAM Yoga a very dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga, made up of 33 poses, and 3 pranayama (breath work) created by Winnie Cohen. With focus on the breath, controlled movements, and stretching. Students follow a set sequence of postures each time, gradually progressing through the series. WINHAM Yoga emphasizes the linking of movement and breath (vinyasa), Ujjayi breathing and bandhas (energy locks). It helps to improve your overall wellness by improving your posture, mobility, help you breathe better and improve your concentration skills. It makes your muscles strong and improves the strength of your upper and lower body and core muscles. WINHAM yoga enhances strength, core muscles, flexibility, and balance and may offer some light to moderate aerobic conditioning as well.
*Our hourly daily schedule and exact itinerary will be shared with all participants during the orientation and welcome circle. We observe silence from wake-up time until the mid-breakfast

11:30am – Break: Explore Bali and/or luxuriate.
5:30pm – Evening Gentle Yoga
